An expert team, and proven process
Healthcare needs can be complex. They’re constantly changing and can impact on each other. The team delivering on the ground need expert support, processes, and ongoing training to ensure the right care. Without effective oversight, the risks to patients, personnel, and commissioners are high. Healthcare commissioners and service users need both people and processes that they can rely on.
First Option is a healthcare provider with our own specialist training division. Our leadership team has over 75+ years of clinical experience between them. We are a leading provider in both Healthcare Services and Clinical Training.
Every nurse and carer we work with receives ongoing oversight and training. All information for care packages, personnel, clinical training, and reviews is accessible via our app. With a high level of transparency, accountability, and compliance, service users and commissioners can rest assured of safe and effective healthcare provision.
We provide:
- Assessment of provision needed (healthcare, social care and mental health)
- Risk assessments
- Design and creation of care plans
- Clinical Oversight for existing care plans (created by us or other healthcare providers)
- Care plan reviews
- Clinical Oversight for all personnel
- Clinical training for all personnel, tailored to the care package and service user
- All compliance information easily accessible via our app
What you can expect:
- Our own highly trained and vetted First Option Healthcare staff – we very rarely use outside agency staff. We provide you with an expert team with the correct training that can cover the shifts you need.
- Quickest available care provision. From clinical assessment, to care plan and funding agreement in place, as quickly and safely as possible.
- Access to a clinical-led helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Last-minute cover. Available within 24-hours to cover shortfalls with your current provider.
