Whether as a dedicated educational, workplace or activity support package, or as part of a wider healthcare plan, First Option Healthcare has a fully trained team on hand to ensure that you can live as fully as possible in every area of your life.

We factor in any physical needs, learning disabilities or mental health challenges – as well as undertaking full risk assessments to ensure safety.

We work with the service user and their carers or families to follow interests and support any desired activities or goals.

An expert and individualised approach

First Option is a healthcare provider with our own specialist training division. Our leadership team has over 75+ years of clinical experience between them, we are a leading provider in both healthcare training and provision.

Our specialist team of carers and nurses provide educational, workplace and social activity support packages for adults of all ages. We recognise that everyone has specific strengths, aspirations, and difficulties. We identify these aspects to create a bespoke plan, which is continually reviewed and revised as needed.

We provide:

In-setting learning support – Assisted educational provision at college, university or in the home
Work support – Provision in the workplace or at home to facilitate participation and ensure safety
Activity facilitation – physical activities, excursions and Social Activities appropriate to each clients preference, age and healthcare needs
Healthcare personnel – For higher risk healthcare conditions, we can facilitate attendance in education or work by having highly trained staff on hand to deal with any medical emergencies
Participation support – Trained healthcare professionals to attend community or family events or clubs
