The company is co-owned and led by a high-capacity team who have 75+ years’ high-level clinical experience between them. We know what it takes to deliver excellent care and we continue to have a hands-on approach to our service delivery. We’re professionals with a passion for what we do.
Our specialist experience across complex care and paediatrics, provides strong foundations to deliver all our Healthcare and PALMS services to the highest level, whatever the need. Our team of clinicians will be allocated to your care, depending on what the need is.

Our leadership team also has extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, giving unrivalled insight into resourcing our team. We understand how to recruit, develop and retain the best people.
Our industry leading Clinical Training division trains all our staff to ensure the highest quality of care across our team. As well as providing tailored training, specific to the care of each service user.
We ensure the right people for every care package we put in place, and can also solve last minute staffing crises for others through our sister company First Option Personnel.
Person centred care
Great healthcare is about more than just meeting a medical need. Whilst this is our priority, to make a real difference in people’s lives, we need to provide the support needed to mitigate the effects of their healthcare challenges. A person’s life shouldn’t just be about their medical condition. We want them to live the fullest life possible for them. This means involving them throughout the care planning process and providing them with the support required to make informed decisions about their care.
We do this through facilitating greater independence and enabling more social interaction, helping to provide access to education, work or activities. Working in this way provides peace of mind through family support to loved ones. We’re always looking for ways to take a person centred approach.
